Find genomic span

Find a genomic span to view variants and read coverage for by selecting the name of the genomic reference sequence from the menu below and entering start and stop coordinates. If stop or start is not specified, a default length of 10Kbp will be used. Span length cannot exceed 20Kbp due to performance constraints.
